Introduced in 2004, Eau des Merveilles by Hermès perfume for women (French for “Water of Wonders”) is a refreshing, sweet and light floral-based fragrance. The delicate blend wafts of translucent and sparkly amber, delicate sweet tobacco and sweet citrusy freshness. The heart of the composition features delicate lily of the valley, while floral notes are soft, but cold with a green nuance. Base notes remind of warm skin caressed by the sun, and a veil of amber is touched by moist whisper of hyacinth. The orange-tinted bottle is rounded, save for three flat planes, and the backside is flecked with silver stars and dots.
